What sets our College & Career Night apart is the inclusion of parents in the event. Your participation will provide valuable guidance and information that can truly make a difference in the lives of these aspiring young individuals.

Good afternoon University/College/Military representatives…

I am forwarding the following attachment of a great initiative that our great GearUp program is hosting this fall…..They will be hosting some college nights at our high school football games (Sept. 15^th – Homecoming & Oct. 12^th – Battle of the Arroyo).

 I hope this e-mail finds you doing well! On behalf of ENHS and JEHS we would like to invite you to the 2023 CCMR (college, career, military readiness) TAILGATE!! This year GEARUP and the Financial Aid Officers from Edinburg North High School and Johnny Economedes High School are collaborating together to provide our Seniors with a FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS PRE-FOOTBALL GAME TAILGATE.  Every year we have a great turn out of our Seniors and their parents/guardians who want to learn more about what their students next steps are.  Each recruiter who attends has a table for set up so you can bring goodies, spinning wheels, games, table cover, and any flyers or information that you would like to provide to everyone that attends.  We are enclosing the tailgate flyer so that you can scan the QR code to reserve your spot.  Please let us know if you are able to attend the event and when you fill out the QR form for registration if you are able to attend.  Here are the details.
