Students Served: 8^th Grade Students from HCISD’s 5 middle schools (approximately 1100 students)

Our district does ask that everyone having contact with our students be background cleared. I’m including the instructions below; it does take a couple of days to process, so the sooner you can get to this, the better. If you are bringing anyone else on your team with you, this needs to be completed for EACH person. Please send me a head count so that we can be prepared with enough food as well as the list of names of people attending so that I can follow up on background checks.

 

1. Go to www.hcisd.org
2. Click on “About”

1. Click on Employment/Career

4. Choose link that says “To be HCISD Volunteer”
5.  Click the red box on the top right that says apply
6.    This will route to Applitrack; follow thru application process.

 

More detailed logistical information will be sent out as soon as it is finalized along with a schedule for the day.
