I hope this email finds you doing well. My name is Carla Salinas and I work as a College Readiness Specialist for UTRGV Upward Bound. As you know Signing day is around the corner and we will like to invite you to be part of our event. A couple of students will be attending to The University of Texas at San Antonio and we want to make the best of this experience for the students. During the ceremony, you will be recognizing seniors from our programs who have committed to attend your school in the fall.

The event will be at 9:30AM, but if you could arrive at 9:00AM for seating and further details about logistics, that would also be great! The event will take place at the Health & Physical Education Complex Fieldhouse  (EHPE1) #29 on the attached campus map and parking will be available for visitors.
